  The manager on staff for saturday and Sunday 9/4-9/5 was very personable and went the extra mile to meet our needs. The entire staff provided quality service.

  The room had a musty odor and the bed was uncomfortable. Onsite parking is very expensive. No free wifi available.

  I lived in Chicago for many years. I loved this hotel when I lived there for tea and the atmosphere and I still love it now visiting and staying at the hotel.

  We loved the old world charm of this landmark hotel and if there is a better Chicago location I can't imagine where that would be. The staff were very helpful and most courteous at all times. Thanks Drake staff for a wonderful weekend!

  It is a historical hotel with old history. Nice location, not far from the beach or the shopping area. Plenty of good restaurant near by within walking distance.

  Great old fashioned Chicago Hotel. Lots of American wood, thick carpets, excellent serivce and great restaurants. Great location, just off Lake Michigan. I would recommend this to anyone.

  The location is perfect. Staff is very knowledgeable about the city and is willing to help you navigate its many attractions. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

  We were in Chicago for our 5 year old grandsons birthday party and when we saw the add on Booked.net we were thrilled to stay at the beautiful old hotel for the price you were offering. We travel all over the world and love history. It was also convenient to get to the "l" to get to our daughters home so that they would not have to drive back and forth. It was a very nice stay. Thanks.

  Our last morning, there was no coffee pouches left by the maids and no Splenda...they must have overlooked that. We are big morning coffee drinkers. No big deal.
